Trail races can take their toll on the route as much as the runners. So after the last competitor crosses the finish line, packs of unsung heroes take to the course for some clean-up. These volunteer “sweepers” fly under the radar. So we at Merrell are celebrating them with their own signature shoe, made from recycled materials likes the ones they clean up off the trail.
