The Skechers Go Run 5s I just reviewed are my go-to triathlon running shoe at the moment. The Go Run 5s are an excellent triathlon shoe for triathletes looking for a well-cushioned, near zero-drop, lightweight, and flexible triathlon shoe. Triathlon Taren also started the morning with a marathon training swim of 5,200m that made him zone out pretty hard.
